Create On Base (COB) is a student-led technology community at the
University of the Free State (Bloemfontein Campus). We bridge the
gap between university education and industry readiness by providing
practical skills, real-world projects, and a supportive home for
students who want to build careers in tech.
We are not just another student organisation. We are a home for Cobbies – a place where beginners learn alongside experienced builders, where projects become portfolios, and where every member is seen, heard, and equipped to become one of the best tech students in South Africa.
